Excluded from our Rates
- Refundable Car Rental Deposit (Provided you return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel your deposit will be refunded)
- R 750.00 – Credit Card
- R 1 500.00 – Cash
- R 1 250.00 – “Van Rentals”
*Please take note that once a vehicle is returned the tank is topped up irrespective of what the fuel gauge reflects. This ensures that each and every renter receives a full tank. A tank is not full when the pump clicks off. This merely means that the fuel has touched the nozzle. When the fuel is being “poured” into the vehicle at full blow, the fuel bubbles rise, causing the fuel to touch the nozzle. We refuel until no additional fuel can be added and not until the pump clicks off. The same process is followed for every rental. Your invoice will reflect the actual fuel amount as we DO NOT charge a refuelling fee. We are able to provide you with actual litres and corresponding fuel charges for any rental in question.
- E – Tolling Fees
- The electronic tolling system allows for tolls to be collected without vehicles having to stop or slow down, there are no physical booths. The overhead gantries are fitted with toll collection equipment that recognizes the e-tag and the vehicle license plate number. Toll is deducted from the registered account. All courtesy vehicles from all relevant suppliers are registered and the car rental deposit makes provision for any e-toll charges billed to the renter and the renter is liable for all e-toll costs involved whilst in possession of a rental vehicle.
